1. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 2 hours of placement.
- After 2 hours, the order has been synced to our overseas supplier for preparation; a 20% cancellation fee of the total order amount will apply.
- Once the item has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available. You may only proceed through the return/exchange process after delivery.
- Custom-engraved orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed.
2. Chargeback Risk Control Policy
- Buyers who file a chargeback without first contacting customer service to resolve the issue will be deemed as filing a malicious chargeback. Such buyers will be permanently blacklisted and denied any future after-sales service.
- For chargebacks filed due to non-receipt of goods or dissatisfaction with the product, the buyer shall bear the platform chargeback processing fee and warehousing/logistics losses, totaling 30% of the order value.
- For users who file malicious chargebacks repeatedly, the store reserves the right to submit transaction evidence for appeal and pursue compensation.
3. General Service Terms
- This store operates as a cross-border dropshipping independent site. All items are shipped directly from overseas with a delivery time of 7–20 business days.
- Customs duties and local consumption taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
- Product dimensions and material specifications are as stated on the product detail page. Minor manual measurement deviations do not constitute quality issues.
