Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unscratched and in original condition.
• Custom-engraved items are not eligible for no-reason returns.
• For non-quality-related returns, buyer bears both-way shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

2. Exchange Policy

• Free exchange is only available for defective items or wrong shipments.
• Exchanges due to wrong size/style selection or personal dislike: all round-trip shipping fees are borne by the buyer.

3. Return Procedure

• You must email customer service to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any goods.
• Packages returned without prior authorization will be refused by the warehouse.
• Carbon fiber products and custom-engraved pet memorial items: no return or exchange for non-quality issues.
